Rights managed products are licensed on a use-by-use basis. The fee for using this product is calculated from several factors including size, placement, duration and geographic distribution. At the time you order a rights managed image you will be asked to give information that will specify the usage rights to be granted.

1. All images supplied are on a non-exclusive basis according to the following terms and conditions.
2. If the customer has different terms and conditions they shall only apply if confirmed in writing by eat me images. Any terms and conditions as referred to on purchase orders, delivery confirmations and the like are hereby rejected.
3. Any refusal of Eat-Me Images terms and conditions shall only be accepted if the images supplied are then returned within 72 hours.
4. Usage rights will only be granted on receipt of payment of the agreed usage fee.
5. When ordering pictures the customer shall supply full information regarding the nature of the intended usage. The licence shall be given in accordance with the information supplied by the customer. Consent shall only be binding when confirmed by an invoice.
6. If the information supplied by the customer is not in accordance with the actual usage the consent shall be deemed not to have been given and Eat-Me Images shall be exempt from any third party compensation claims.
7. Any images which are supplied or transmitted electronically shall always remain the property of Eat-Me Images.
8. All images to which usage rights have been acquired shall be returned to Eat-Me Images within an agreed time frame.
